HMP Norwich
After the existing Victorian A wing was deemed not fit for use, a brand new three-storey accommodation block was erected along with an ancillaries block. The accommodation block comprises of 180 single cells, along with the association areas and medical facilities, while the ancillaries block is to be used for education and fitness. The total value of the project was in excess of £25 million.

Operation:
- Reform Flooring were awarded the contract to supply and install new flooring to the two buildings over a 3 month period, due to their abilities to offer a complete professional service along with a quality installation.
- Products that were used included 1500m2 of Polyflor XL Sheet Vinyl, 1600m2 of Polyfloor XL Sheet Vinyl laid on an Acoustic Underlay, 1200m2 of Heckmondwike Broaddrib Sheet Carpet, 260m2 of Forbo Safestep Safety Floor, 80m2 of Heckmondwike Dreadnought Matting & 320m of Quatum Stair Nosing.
- In addition to this Laybond Sealdeck Epoxy Surface Membrane, with Universal Primer & Screedmaster 1-2 Levelling Compund was applied to all sub-floors prior to the new floor-coverings. To increase the lifespan of the vinyl and quality of finish, a two coat application of seal was applied to vinyl areas around completion.
