All of our flooring fitters are Reform Flooring employees who have been trained in the installation of our full product range. We only trust our team to carry out the work, and never use subcontractors. It means our flooring fitters are accountable for their work, and we can maintain quality standards at all times through regular spot checks.
We do things properly at Reform Flooring. When you come to us, you know you’re getting excellent service and quality every time. Here’s how we do it.
Our large flooring showroom is based in Lenwade, just outside of Norwich. Drop by in the week or arrange a weekend appointment to browse our collection of beautiful and practical flooring. Everything we stock has been carefully chosen from some of the top manufacturers in the UK and Europe, and our sales team are very knowledgeable about our range. Talk to them for advice and product samples.
We’ll give you some time to consider your options, then get in touch. If you decide you want a competitive quote for any of our high-quality flooring products, then a member of our team will visit you at home to take your measurements and collect your samples. We’ll give you a full fixed quote, detailing all the costs involved – there are no hidden charges added later. Even if we make a mistake that costs us time and money, your price won’t change.
When you’re completely happy with the quote for your new flooring, we will arrange for one of our flooring fitters to visit you at a convenient time. It will usually only take five to ten days for your flooring to be delivered and fitted upon receipt of your 50% deposit. Our fitter will arrive with all the materials they need to complete the job, working quickly and with as little disruption to you as possible. Most flooring materials can be installed straight away, but as wood flooring needs time to acclimatise to the environment of your home first, we will arrange for it to be delivered a few days in advance.
As part of the installation process, our flooring fitters will remove and dispose of your existing flooring. Doing this safely and responsibly is very important to us, and we will recycle as much as possible. We’re proud partners of vinyl take-back scheme Recofloor, and we were awarded the Recofloor Gold Award in 2016 for recycling more than 10 tonnes of flooring. Anything that cannot be recycled will be placed in our skip for safe disposal.
Our job doesn’t end when your new floor is fitted; we provide an aftersales service for all of our customers. The flooring we supply and fit comes from reputable manufacturers who provide good product guarantees – some of which last a lifetime. However, Reform Flooring will also give you a 12-month guarantee for your installation. This means that if you have any problems because of a mistake our fitters made, we’ll take care of it.
