Fitting Your New Flooring: 5 Things You Need to Know

Our customers know where to come to get top quality flooring. With our range of carpets, hardwood floors and vinyl floors, we can supply you with whatever flooring takes your fancy. But our customer service doesn’t have to end with a sale; our qualified fitters can install your new floor as well.

1. Booking Your Fitting

When you choose Reform Flooring to fit your new flooring, we will find a date that suits you and book you in for your flooring installation. We will bring everything that is required to ensure that the job is done quickly and efficiently. We are also happy to fit flooring that you have sourced from another supplier.

2. Our Team

All of our fitters are directly employed by us. They take pride in their work and are committed to delivering an excellent service. 

3. A Trusted Firm

We are a member of the Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme, meaning our work is subject to random spot checks by an independent expert. A glance at our page on their directory will show you how highly our customers have rated us – our overall satisfaction rating is 9.7 out of 10.

4. Recycling

As part of our service we will remove your old flooring and dispose of it for you. Much of it we can recycle: our commitment to vinyl flooring recycling has won us a number of awards.

5. If There’s a Problem

If any problem occurs during your fitting or if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, your original contact at the company will visit you and perform a review. In the rare event of an error we will correct it free of charge at a time that is convenient to you. If the problem originates with the flooring manufacturer, we will save you time and stress by speaking to them on your behalf.
