Any Problems?

If you are finding problems or issues with the way the installation process is going or you’re not satisfied with the final product, please feel free to contact us. Whoever dealt with your order at the company will also be the person to come and visit your home and review the problem. It is our duty to make sure all of our customers are 100% happy with the work we have produced. In an unlikely event of an error made by one of our fitters we will put it right at your earliest convenience. If it is a manufacturer’s error we will deal with them on your behalf to amend the issue.

Removal of Flooring

As we will be coming to install your new flooring we will also remove and dispose of the existing flooring too. We like to be environmentally friendly so any recyclable parts leftover we will recover whilst the rest will be taken to our resident skip at our service centre.

We are a member of the Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme. This scheme performs random spot checks and is designed to make sure that as a company we are ticking all the right boxes and not cutting any corners. As a result of this we have received a 99% approval rating from our customers which is down to our positive, professional and helpful fitters who roll out exceptional work across Norfolk.

Our Fitters

All of our fitters are full-time employees, have been CRB checked and have been hired directly through us instead of a sub-contractor. This ensures that our nine dedicated fitters take great pride in the work they do and are committed to deliver an excellent service.

To make sure our fitters are always working in line with our in-house standards we perform regular spot checks on their fitting jobs. Where available all of our fitters attend training sessions with certain flooring manufacturers and this ensures they have the right skills and competence to carry out successful installations on all of our flooring types.

If you are happy with the quote we have provided you with we will then book a time and date that suits you. Once this has been arranged we will come to your home or office with the necessary materials to fit your flooring in an efficient and timely manner. If you have ordered wood panelling we will often send them to the property in advance just so the material can acclimatise to the environment it will be in.

Our Fitting Service

At Reform Flooring we provide our own fitting service which offers competitive and fair prices. This service is included in the overall order at a discounted rate but if you have already purchased a carpet from a third party supplier and would like us to fit it we can do this also.

We pride ourselves for providing an excellent service to all our customers by offering a wide variety of flooring as well as going the extra mile to help with any enquiries. Some of you may not know this but as well as supplying the flooring to our customers we also fit it too, making the process efficient and stress free.
