What to Expect From Reform Flooring: Signing Off The Installation

For this week's blog we are going through the last stage of the flooring process and what you can expect from us. Over the past few weeks we have been guiding you through the steps on choosing, ordering and installing your flooring. For this week's blog we are taking you through the signing off process. Read on to find out what happens once we have installed your chosen flooring.

After the installation

Once the installation is complete and we've removed your existing flooring, it is then time for you to enjoy your new floor covering. All of our fitters want to ensure you're happy with the installation before they leave, as customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will then send you a Norfolk Trusted Trader Reference Line Form, this is an opportunity for you to provide us with any feedback you may have about our services. The form you'll receive is seen below:

If you come across any problems with the installation, please contact us immediately. We are dedicated to leaving our customers satisfied, so we will always attend your property to review the issue. This will be the person who you have liaised with at the company, so they will be aware of your order and what has been discussed and promised. In the unlikely event an error has been made by one of our fitters, we will amend any irregularities at your earliest convenience and should any of our suppliers make a manufacturing error, we will handle them on your behalf to rectify the situation.

How long will my flooring last?

All of our products are made from high quality materials and are manufactured by some of the best suppliers in the UK. All of our floor coverings, with a little regular maintenance, can last for years to come. As part of our service we will always provide you with the right advice and that the correct materials have been installed as required and fit for purpose.

Does my flooring come with a warranty?

As all materials are different, they come with different warranties; however, all our installations have a 12 month workmanship guarantee.
