Reform Flooring Awarded 'Perfect Delivery' Certificate from Morgan Sindall

Construction infrastructure specialists Morgan Sindall oversee big projects all over the region, and they expect the very best from their subcontractors. To ensure this, they have developed their Customer Commitments: five stringent criteria that must be signed off by the client. A subcontractor’s product must be delivered safe, on time and snag free to a delighted customer that would recommend the company to someone else. 

The Job

When RAF Mildenhall asked Morgan Sindall to renovate a building annex, they called in us to do the flooring. The word ‘annex’ doesn’t do the size of the job justice. The RAF bases work on a different scale. For this job, we needed to supply and install 385㎡ of tessera Teviot carpet tiles and 130㎡ of Polyflor Noppe studded rubber tiles. It was an incredibly large surface are to tile – and before we did that, we had to do all the subfloor preparation works. This consisted of applying a damp proof membrane and latex smoothing compound.

The Delivery

The customer signed us off on all five of Morgan Sindall’s Customer Commitments, which meant that they awarded us a ‘Perfect Delivery’. We’re thrilled at the accolade and look forward to working with Morgan Sindall on future infrastructure projects around East Anglia.
