At Reform Flooring we don't just provide you with the best flooring possible, we can also include full and professional fitting as a part of our service. If you are unable to install the flooring yourself you can rest easy knowing that you are in capable hands and we will use our knowledge and expertise to ensure you have the perfect flooring ready for use in your day to day life.

How we fit your flooring

After deciding to use our services at Reform we will book you in for a fitting on a date that is the most convenient for you. To make the installation process go as smoothly as possible we make sure to bring everything we will need to complete the job on day one, ensuring that no time is wasted and the work is done in the minimum amount of time possible. The only exception to this process is if you are choosing to install wood panelling – this needs to be sent in advance to allow it time to acclimatise itself to the environment of your residence.

Our fitters

We make sure to use the best, most well-trained fitting staff so that your flooring is installed to the highest standard and with the greatest care. Our staff consists of dedicated Reform Flooring employees that do not work for other companies and we don’t use external contractors either – you get the best service we have to offer, including:

• Nine fitters who are able to install carpets and are fully CRB checked.
• Fitters that attend full training sessions where necessary with our preferred manufacturers.
• Fully competent staff that are capable of installing all of our supplied flooring, with the correct skills to finish a job to any specification.
• A service with a 99% approval rating from our customers thanks to our bright, positive and professional attitude.

Disposal of your old flooring

You may be wondering what happens to your existing flooring when you opt for a replacement. It has to be taken somewhere and disposed of, right? To answer that question, we take your existing flooring that is removed during installation and dispose of it off site. We make sure to strip the flooring of any recyclable elements to be as environmentally friendly as possible and dispose of everything else at a skip in our service centre.

If you have any problems with any aspect of the installation please let us know immediately and we will work as hard as possible to rectify the issue. We will visit your property to review the problem and send over the member of staff who you have been communicating and working with to hopefully understand and solve your issue.
